(Kræmmerhuse med flødeskum)
3 large eggs
4 oz (100 g) sugar
4 oz (100 g) flour
2 tablesp. (½ dl) water or beer
Seeds from ½ vanilla pod
Mix the ingredients to form a fairly soft dough, and drop on to a well-greased baking sheet with a large teaspoon, leaving plenty of room between each. Flatten out into round, thin cakes with a palette-knife.
Bake at 360°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes.
Form into cones while still warm and cool in bottle-necks.
Fill with whipped cream and drizzle with a good quality melted couverture chocolate.
